With a view to creating a good company image and meeting the recruitment demands of subsidiary companies, Sinochem Lantian launched 2012 campus recruitment in late October, which was independently organized by the company for the first time. Sinochem Lantian invited several middle-level leaders to share working experiences and introduce company profiles to the graduates, which received effective responses.
So far, Sinochem Lantian has successfully held campus talks in 8 universities, such as Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing University of Chemical Industry, Tianjin University, etc. The position of management trainee of Hangzhou headquarters has received more than 1,200 resumes and interviewed about 230 graduates. Currently, the second round of interview is under way.
This year, Sinochem Lantian will provide more than 300 job vacancies of 100 positions in the fields of human resources, finance, marketing and R&D for students graduated next year.
